Dianto Reed Quintet is a chamber music group formed by five Spanish young musicians based in Amsterdam. Dianto offers a different approach to the traditional chamber music concert. Their performances stand out due to the fusion of a very strong energy and contrast elements. They also include some choreography, which helps to create a deeper interaction between the listeners and the musicians.

The group has been awarded with the First Prize at the Grachtenfestival Conservatorium Concours 2021, the Storioni Concours 2021, the XV Concurso Nacional de Cámara Villa de Cox (Spain) and is one of the finalists of the Dutch Classical Talent 2022/2023 (final to be held). It has been invited to perform in national radio and television programmes such as Podium Witteman, De Klassieken, De Muziekfabriek and Spiegezaal Avrotros.

Dianto Reed Quintet has performed in different theaters and renowned halls around Europe, including the Kleine Zaal of Het Concertgebouw, TivoliVredenburg, Concertgebouw de Vereeniging and Philharmonie Luxembourg, among others. The group also played in prestigious festivals such as Grachtenfestival, Klaterklanken, Summerwinds Münsterland, Internationaal Kamermuziekfestival Schiermonnikoog, Festival Internacional de Panticosa and Gent Festival Oost-Vlaanderen.

This current season 2023/2024, Dianto Reed Quintet has been selected to be part of the Oorkaan-Jeunesse Academy, a project in collaboration with Jeunesse Musik Erleben in which musicians develop not ony musical aspects, but also their abilities in theatre, mime and dance. As a result of this, Dianto Reed Quintet will be touring around Austria in the Jeunesse Musikalische Jugend series in January 2024.
