The members of Coal Harbour will set out to explore unknown waters in the Crossing the Canal program. It is an original combination of a classical string quartet and a jazz sextet, consisting of three brass and a rhythm section, performing a program inspired by the maritime shipping and the sea. This unique team, mixing two traditions and with a versatile repertoire, will create a true voyage for both musicians and audience to explore two worlds that are both represented by this ensemble. In March, Coal Harbour has won at the Grachtenfestival De OpMaat with their pitch for a concert on this extraordinary venue.
Dit concert kunt u ook per (eigen) boot bezoeken. Let op: in verband met 'varend erfgoed' is het druk op het water.
