In Cafe Americain, all known musical formats will be turned on its head. During the Late Night Classic meets... the classical and jazz traditionswill be linked in all sorts of ways, such as improvised classical music or composed jazz –anything and everything is possible and the audience can look forward to a very intriguing encounter. The duo Houdijk&Telderman will set it off. Warm lyrical songs, freestyle improvisation and their own compositions expand upon the music of classical composers. The combination of piano and vibraphone has no limits!
