Zuiderkerk

Zuiderkerkhof 72 1011 WB Amsterdam

The 17th-century Zuiderkerk is a special location in the heart of Amsterdam. The magnificent building in Dutch Renaissance style was designed by the famous architect Hendrick de Keyser, who is buried inside the church.

In 2000 the interior was extensively renovated and equipped with modern facilities. The side aisles have been filled in with glass, doing justice to the quality of the spaced out central aisle. The sleek glass and steel building components emphasize the monumental value of the space.

This combination of contemporary elements with four centuries of history provides a special setting for private and corporate events, such as weddings, dinners, conferences, lectures, receptions, meetings and concerts.
