Arash Roozbehi (1983, Teheran, Iran) began his study in Teheran in 2003. After his debut as a soloist in cooperation with the National radio- & tv-youth-orchestra he got lessons from 2005 on by Susana Martirosian at the Yerevan State Conservatory in Armenia, gaining many important roles in operaproductions, e. g. as Silvio in Pagliacci and Leporello in Don Giovanni. Since 2011 living in the Netherlands, he was a student by Marian Kuiper and singing as a soloist in different oratoria, e. g. by Duruflé, Mozart and Puccini. Next year Arash takes part in the world première of „Tsar Peter the Great“ by Monique Krus, singing the tsar. Fragments will be sung at the Grachtenfestival te Amsterdam, the „Peter the Great Festival“ te Groningen and other locations in the Netherlands and Russia.
